We Need Your Help! Shower Up; A Free Mobile Service to Help Migrants Keep Clean

Planned Parenthood and the Instituto del Progresso Latino are gathering and assembling toiletries to be given to people using the Shower Up service. Planned Parenthood delivers the articles to the Shower Up location each month. The next delivery date is Monday, March 25.

All items should be left on the front porch at the home of Lisa Levine (1574 Dewey; Evanston).

List of items include:

• Travel sized body wash or bar soap
• Tooth brush
• Toothpaste
• Travel sized shampoo/conditioner
• Deodorant
• Vaseline
• Advil/Tylenol
• Gloves, hats, scarves,
• Over the counter cold medicine
• Winter socks
• Kleenex
• Sanitary wipes
• A bag to store shower supplies
• Microfiber travel towels
• Shaving razors
• Hair ties
• Underwear (S,M)
• Sport bras (S,M,L)
• Tea bags
• Menstrual products (they’re asking for a variety of pad options. Not everyone feels comfortable wearing tampons)
