Lee Weintraub

Lee Weintraub and his family have been members of the Beth Emet family for 40 years.  Beth Emet fills an important place in Lee’s life, a place to celebrate, a place to share, a place to learn, a place to give, and a place to create long-lasting and special relationships.  Throughout the years Lee has been active in numerous synagogue activities, committees, and task forces.  During his officer tenure, Lee’s work has focused on developing a sustainable culture of engaged lay leadership amongst the Board of Trustees.  These efforts have resulted in creating a culture of inclusiveness, trust, relationship growth, collaboration, and accountability among board members, officers and the Klei Kodesh.  He is currently works with many talented congregants on the Lifelong Learning Advisory Committee, the JCC Governance Committee, the Facility Committee, the Security & Safety Committee, and the Foundation Board.  He believes that Beth Emet is blessed with so many truly gifted lay and professional leaders, each with unique talents.  He understands that putting individuals in positions where their unique talents can be recognized & celebrated results in the most creative and collaborative outcomes.  For all these reasons and many more, Lee is very extremely proud of the partnership which has been created between the Officers, the Board of Trustees, and the Klei Kodesh.

Lee has been an architect for 40 years, with active projects and licenses in over 40 states, his office is celebrating their 25th anniversary.  Focused on hospitality and retail clients, Zimmerman Weintraub Associates offers architectural design, interior design, and project management services throughout the United States.

Lee’s is blessed to be celebrating 40 years of marriage to his loving, supportive, patient, and adorable wife Gita and is immensely grateful for their wonderful children, Josh, Sari and Ken.
