The Annual Mitzvah Appeal is the primary fundraising effort of voluntary giving and provides the single greatest source of non-membership income necessary to ensure the financial health of our community. Our goal is to exceed $280,000 and it is through your generosity (no gift is too big or too small) that we are able to achieve our missions of spiritual fulfillment, cultural enrichment, exceptional educational programming, and transformation in the way we experience Jewish life.
Pledge Today Up Your Game – Make the Match!

In recognition of your pledge, we invite you to attend our next event:
Thank you to all who attended Sunday’s very informative program. Peppered with questions from attendees and moderated by Northwestern Journalism Professor, Peter Slevin, attendees heard an insider view of the changing of the guard in the U.S. Congress as well as insights to this year’s legislative agenda and so much more
Check out the recording here!
A very special thank you to U.S. Representative and Beth Emet’s own Jan Schakowsky and Peter Slevin for such a spirited conversation. A special thank you also to the amazing kitchen volunteers who prepared and served the delicious brunch!

We truly rose above it with a very successful Mitzvah Appeal event this past Saturday. With more than 55 in attendance, all had great food, fun music to dance to, and heard inspiring words by Marc Hilton and Judy Aronson as they shared why Beth Emet is so important to generations of their family. You can read it here.
Thank you to all who attended and supported this year’s campaign, to the wonderful planning committee (Paul Isaacson, Elaine Lev, Michael Orenstein, Michelle Oxman, Marti Netler, and Bekki Kaplan), and a special thank you to Lee Weintraub for hosting such a wonderful evening.
You can easily donate and sign up for an event online or through the links included in EmetMail. You may also send your donation directly to the Beth Emet office. As a reminder, we are requesting your pledge now, and you may pay any time before April 2023.
