Labor Day Shabbat Speaker: Ethan Aronson, “God Does Not Retreat, Neither Will We”

A Report from the Struggle for Labor and Immigrant Rights in Chicago.

 

Ethan (he/they) is the Faith Community Organizer at the worker rights organization Arise Chicago. Ethan spent four years organizing Jewish communities around immigrant rights with Never Again Action. They are also a co-founder of the Jewish prayer community Higaleh Nah and the klezmer band Upshtat Zingerai. This will all be during our August Soul Spark Shabbat!
