The Evanston Department of Health and Human Services is offering Pfizer and Moderna vaccinations both regular and booster dosages. Bring any state ID and, if you have any Covid-19 vaccine cards to expedite the check-in process. While pre-registration is not necessary, it will help speed up the check-in process.
This event is being held during the Beth Emet Soup Kitchen meal to encourage soup kitchen guests and more of our members to get all their vaccinations.
