Rose Marie Isaily joins Beth Emet as Member Accounts Administrator, bringing more than three decades of accounting, operations, and client services expertise to the role. A seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi, Rose has built her career managing accounts receivable, member and client billing, payroll, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and confidential records — first as Director of Finance and Human Resources and later as Senior Vice President of Operations at Illinois Orthopedic Network, where she oversaw financial operations across up to 30 entities. Since 2007, she has also run her own consulting practice, RMI Consulting Services, providing bookkeeping, HR, and compliance support to small businesses throughout Chicago.
Rose is known for her precision, thoroughness, and warm, serviceoriented approach — qualities that make her a natural fit for supporting Beth Emet’s membership community. A longtime community servant, she has volunteered as CFO for Erase PTSD, served as a Religious Education teacher, and dedicated time to Heart to Heart, assisting seniors with transportation and errands. She is deeply committed to integrity, accuracy, and the kind of attentive follow-through that members deserve, and she looks forward to building meaningful relationships across the Beth Emet community in her role.
