Rena Thompson began her career in public accounting and worked in corporate tax until 2015. Rena then shifted gears and began working in the non-profit world. Most recently Rena was the Director of Finance & Administration for NAMI Cook County North Suburban (CCNS).
Rena has a bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Rena is married and has three young adult children. Outside of work Rena enjoys having Shabbat and holiday meals with family and friends, taking photos in nature, and reading.
