Please be sure to register in advance to get the home address. \nSam Polsky\, a municipal finance attorney\, helped his parents run a kosher catering business while in college. Food was always a central passion of his family\, perhaps because his parents\, Holocaust survivors\, remembered the starvation and deprivation of the Holocaust years.
