Explorations of Our Changing Selves - A Tea and Discussion for Women Over age 60

Monday, November 5 at 3:00 p.m.
Family Issues Aging Task Force's (FIAT) fourth season of programming opens with Linda Schneider, a long-time Beth Emet member and the founder of Heartland Rhythms, who will facilitate upbeat, hands-on music-making that is not only fun and good for the body and soul but also a great way to connect with other people. No experience is needed to participate, and drums and other percussion instruments will be provided. Attendance is free of charge. RSVP or call 847-869-4230 ext. 301.
