Attorneys from the ACLU will train particpants on how to advocate and support those whose status makes them vulnerable to deportation and harassment. Miguel Ruiz, Evanston Public Library's Latino Engagement Librarian, will also speak to the needs of the communities that are directly affected by unjust immigration policy and how we can be effective allies.
