with Israeli Singer, Maureen Nehedar
Saturday, December 15 at 7:30 p.m.
Rabbi London, a nationally recognized Jewish leader, has led Beth Emet since 2000. We are lucky to call her our own beloved rabbi.
Engaged in all aspects of congregational life, she has led us to learn, grow, and form relationships in ways that benefit us individually and as a community. From her teachings and Divrei Torah, to the social justice activism so integral to her rabbinate, to the ways she leads us to stand together with other faith-based communities when faced with external pressure and threats, we have all benefited from her leadership.
We celebrate this important milestone—18 years!—by bringing Maureen Nehedar, Rabbi London’s favorite Israeli singer, to Beth Emet. A creator and composer, Nehedar is known for her revival of Persian-Jewish tradition poetry (Piyutim).
Be a part of the celebration by honoring this meaningful anniversary of a rabbi and her congregation.
Ticket prices will be $36 for adults, $10 for 18 and younger or a student ID.
