Through guided practice\, reflection\, and discussion\, participants will cultivate a renewable resource of peace\, awareness\, and asense of true self while exploring connections to Jewish wisdom and tradition. \nThis course\, open to adults and teens\, is designed for anyone seeking practical tools for mindfulness\, personal growth\, and deeper self-understanding.
