DESCRIPTION:Shalom\, 6th-8th grade families! I’m so excited to invite your students to our first event of the year: tie-dye! On Sunday\, September 29th\, students should bring a packed lunch to Beit Sefer along with something white to tie-dye! After class at 12 pm\, students will eat their packed lunches together and then play games and make some tie-dye masterpieces. Extra snacks will be provided\, and there is no cost for the event unless you want to purchase a white shirt or socks from us to tie-dye for $5. DESCRIPTION:A talmidim is a student\, a budding scholar\, and this is what we encourage our 11th graders to be. \nRecognizing the advanced level of critical thinking skills that these students use in school and in viewing the world\, we offer an opportunity to apply these skills to the analysis of Jewish history and events happening in Israel and Palestine today. Talmidim is taught by Marci Dickman.
