The study of Tikkun Middot uses curiosity and openness to investigate our internal and external reactions to situations. With this lens we will look at issues of aging and consider how we can turn towards choice points that create openings for personal and spiritual growth and turn away from reactive behaviors. \nDid we pique your interest?!
